Sarite Sanders is a former professional dancer, and has been a Licensed Massage therapist maintaining a thriving private bodywork practice for 39 years in Woodstock NY, Toronto and New York City.
Also a Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga RYT 200 hr. teacher, trained in the prevention and recovery from injury with PNF and sports stretching techniques, she teaches privates and groups classes, as well as for the Extreme Ballet program at Kaatsbaan International Dance Center in Tivoli since 2002. As a massage therapist she has treated many famous dancers from American Ballet Theater, the National Ballet of Canada, Les Grandes Ballet Canadiennes, Harkness and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, as well as many well know yogis, athletes, film stars and music luminaries. She practices Ayurvedic Bodywork, Thai Yoga Massage and is also currently studying and working with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang, a Tibetan teacher and Yogi, the practices of Tibetan Ku Nye massage techniques, meditation and Tibetan yogic practices.
