Contextually, I have studied Ayurveda and holistic ways of healing the energetic body, certified in restorative yoga by Judith Hanson Lasater .I continue to study with experts in North America and Canada .Understanding and interpreting human anatomy is my strength, especially towards building my therapy practices. Lastly, A certified Pilates Teacher. I have worked in the corporate sector for 11 years before switching gears because of my own personal health issues. Lived across 5 continents in the last 15 years , studying with various teachers and mentors . Having worked through my pain , physical restrictions and trauma, experienced the importance of daily practice in my healing journey. My goal is to help you develop resiliency at all layers of human system so that your light can shine in the world . Besides work , I enjoy , travelling , hiking , cooking and dancing with my daughters 😊
