Savannah Byrd is an RYT whose mission is to assist more people in accessing yoga and its wonderful benefits to both physical and mental well-being Savannah primarily teaches in local parks and outdoor settings but is open to indoor sessions as well  Savannah started her yoga journey after college as a way to stay physically fit but soon realized all of the mental and spiritual benefits of the practice as well After yoga practice played a large role in her recovery from postpartum and a global pandemic Savannah realized her passion to share her journey with others through becoming an instructor in hopes of inspiring others to expand their own self-knowledge and healing process through the practice of yoga and meditation In the Spring of Savannah founded Sun Chaser Yoga LLC with the goal of making in-person yoga classes more accessible to the Palm Bay community of which she is a member Check out Savannahs current class offerings on Facebook through the link on the left!.
