Shabnam Sharif is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Located Toronto/ Canada ----------------------------------------------------------------- Over the past few years I immersed myself in a variety of yoga activities aimed at deepening my understanding and enhancing my practice I dedicated time to exploring new yoga poses focusing on both their physical and spiritual dimensions This exploration not only challenged me physically but also allowed me to connect more deeply with my breath and the present moment Reflecting on these experiences I am grateful for the continuous growth and transformation that yoga brings into my life Each pose breath and moment of mindfulness contributes to my journey of self-discovery and well-being I am excited to be part of a community that values and supports individual growth and I look forward to sharing more insights with my fellow practitioners.
