In Shaelyn earned her -hour certification through At One Yoga under the guidance of John Salisbury and Jenn Chiarelli  She celebrated her certification with a trip to study yoga in India and travel continues to be an important part of her journey reminding her to remain open to the flow of lifes greater plan and that we are all here together regardless of where we come from   After several years of teaching yoga in Phoenix Shaelyn began studying with Tiffany Cruikshanks Yoga Program where she developed a deep appreciation for the myofascia system and anatomy  Shaelyn also completed an additional hour program with Anahata Soul to deepen her experience of the subtle energetic body  Shaelyns classes focus on cultivating a light and thoughtful environment that weaves in knowledge of the physical and subtle body  Shaelyn created  yoga anatomy curriculum and manual that are used in yoga teacher training programs throughout Arizona Additionally she leads Yoga Pod Tucsons hour teacher training program alongside several other experienced specialists.
