Shanai acquired her Vinyasa Flow yoga certification through Odyssey Yoga Studio (RYS), in Longmont, CO. In 2019, she obtained her Yin Yoga Levels 1 and 2 certifications through Meta Yoga Studio (RYS), in Breckinridge, CO. Shanai’s mission is to assist individuals towards the empowerment and liberation of both their bodies and minds through the practice of yoga. Yoga helps to cultivate peace and clarity amongst the stress we often encounter in our day to day lives. It also serves as a tool to further our sense of physical strength, inner awareness, self- love, and joy. Shanai wants everyone to have the chance to experience these benefits of yoga. She offers a wide range of class levels and styles, making it accessible to the beginner through advanced student. She specializes in vinyasa flow, yin, children’s and fitness yoga.
