I hold a professional license and national certification in therapeutic massage and bodywork. As well as, a 200-hour Embodied Flow Teacher Training Certification. I am CPR certified, a member of the AMTA, and a national health care provider (NPI# 1346647278) I offer self-care consultations, customized yoga classes & integrative bodywork treatments.
