Across multiple settings and cultures, one thing strikes me about groups every time: the power of the community is truly transformational! Nothing brings me more joy than helping folks grow and learn together from shared places of pain or frustration to more skillful and satisfying ways of living on and off the mat. I witness this daily as a health coach online for hundreds of groups in live and asynchronous learning where members commit to a program together. I enjoy blending evidence-based mindfulness approaches with energy anatomy, yoga, coaching principles and positive psychology to meet Group members where they are and help propel their goals forward in tangible ways at their own pace!
