About
With over a decade of teaching experience and 1,500+ hours of instruction, I bring a unique blend of scientific knowledge and yogic wisdom to every class.
As an E-RYT 200 and CYT-500 certified instructor with specialized training in trauma-informed and multi-modality somatic approaches, I create inclusive spaces where students can explore their practice with both safety and curiosity. My teaching spans diverse environments—from intimate boutique studios to large corporate wellness programs, schools, and fitness centers—allowing me to adapt my approach to meet students wherever they are in their journey. I specialize in vinyasa flow, yin yoga, meditation, and breath work, weaving these modalities together to create well-rounded, transformative experiences. My background in molecular biology combined with certifications as a nutritionist and personal trainer informs my holistic understanding of the body-mind connection. This scientific foundation enhances my ability to guide students safely through their practice while honoring yoga's ancient wisdom. I believe yoga should be both challenging and joyful—a supportive environment where students feel empowered to explore, grow, and take their practice in whatever direction feels authentic to them. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, my classes offer a space to discover strength, flexibility, and inner calm while building confidence that extends far beyond the studio.
