About

Devoted yoga practitioner, dedicated to daily practice.

I consider myself a yoga student, first and always. As a teacher, my objective is to support you in continually growing into the highest and best version of yourself through the wisdom of yoga philosophy and practice. My own personal yoga practice began in 2006 and it is my passion to share with you the best of what I have learned since then. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have studied yoga asana, meditation and Ayurveda with incredibly gifted and world-renowned teachers, including intensive workshops with Saraswathi Jois, Sharmila Mahesh, Tim Miller, Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, Greg Nardi, David Miliotis, David Garrigues, Margarida Tree, Krista Shirley, Laruga Glaser, Day Christensen, Emilia Arenas, Carroll Ann Friedmann, Ross Stambaugh, Stuart Waugh, Paige Warthen, Shakti Durgaya, Mary Veal, Leslie Howard, Nayaswami Gyandev McCord, and my main teacher, Todd McLaughlin of Native Yoga Center in Juno Beach, FL. I am a devotee of Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati and have studied Kali Natha Yoga at Kashi Ashram in Sebastian, FL. I am also a renunciate, kriyaban and disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda through Ananda Kriya Sangha in Nevada City, CA. The totality of my yoga practice is inspired by and dedicated to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whom I consider the ultimate yogi. I invite you to discover and pursue your own personal yoga practice with enthusiasm and it is my honor and privilege to help guide you along your way.
