Shannon took her first yoga class through her university’s gym in 2003.
She was immediately drawn to the link of movement and breath. Growing up as a dancer and dance instructor, yoga seemed a natural progression. She is now a 200 hr level instructor, studying under Allison Candeleria at Soul Yoga. She has also completed certifications in Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release and YogaShred trained. She believes yoga can make a body strong and put a mind at ease. Her classes are vinyasa style, focusing on linking movement and breath.
