recently created and cultivated GUNA YOGA SCHOOL. Within the platform and sacred space of she achieve studio, I am so very grateful for the creation of a private, personal, powerful and peaceful yoga studio, located in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. Since my childhood, I have been extremely encompassed with a deeper arena of understanding of Universal connection. The journey into my now has been one of many experiences and adventures, triumphs and massive fails! All learning which has brought me here, with loving gratitude to my present tense now. I am now yoking the wisdom, teachings and experiences through many modalities from the seeds of awareness, presence, life and Yoga. I embrace the mosaics within the resume of my life. From being the only female in the platoon in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves, 20 years ago, Pro Figure status Competitor, 6 years ago, Mom, AFLCA Assistant Trainer, AFLCA multiple fitness certifications Sports Nutritionist, certified Level 2 Warrior Goddess Facilitator, Reiki level 2 Guide, Buti Yoga certified, Polarity balancing, Crystal Reiki certified, Chakra lover and advocate, Yogic Nutrition alongside Yoga Therapy nurtured with my personal passion of Kundalini and Thai Yoga Massage alongside guiding group yoga practices online and in-studio. My journey into Yoga was frightful and fearful yet inquisitive and filled with childlike wonderment as I progressed and kept walking within the Yogic path. Today I have witnessed many moons of Yoga experience, receiving and giving, teaching and learning. I lead with humility, honesty and enthusiastic authenticity. I will continue to share this love and passion with every sentient being. I am a spiritual visionary and truly believe within every cell, the yogic eye sees beyond. This is my quest, to share teachings to others one breath at a time. I am all about uniting and weaving all aspects of Yoga into reality, tangible energy in our day to day life.
