I am registered with Yoga Alliance since and hold the certifications E-RYT- YACEP I studied vinyasa style flow and intro to Ayurveda at Laughing Lotus NYC and Hatha Yoga at The Yoga Polarity Center of Long Island Additionally I have a Masters of Science in Dance Movement Therapy and I am a NY State Licensed Creative Arts which affords me keen awareness to working with the mind body connection plus facilitating group and private sessions with sensitivity and skill I continue to expand my knowledge credentials and offerings as a yoga teacher and wellness provider I completed a Health Coach Certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in September and I am a NASM certified Senior fitness specialist I have certifications to teach pre-natal yoga Yin yoga and Corporate yoga I am enrolled to take a hour CEU training in the Katonah Method at The Studio in NYC in May I currently teach large and small group classes and private sessions in person and online.
