Shari Hamik Friedrichsen is a Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS or being grandfathered in My training started in when I taught my first class it is ongoing I was grandfathered into YA in having completed hours through the year I now co-teach hr and hr Trainings at Himalayan Institute in Honesdale Pa and also am guest faculty for the hr Training at Limbs in Seattle Wa I also co-teach "Master the Art" a course offered at the Himalayan Institute that trains other teachers how to teach a hr Yoga Training I have studied and taught in India Nepal Europe and the United States I currently teach a variety of classes seminars and trainings at the Himalayan Institute campus in Honesdale where I live I also travel to other locations to teach seminars and support hr and hr teacher trainings I am now C-IAYT YACEP and ERYT.
