Sharon is also a C-IAYT. Sharon's yoga studies have included trainings with Amy Weintraub, Rod Stryker, Cyndi Lee, Judith Lasater and Julie Gudmestad. Her primary teachers are Sarla Nichols and Deborah Perry. Currently Sharon's teaching is limited to facility based yoga classes, yoga private sessions, yoga teacher training and workshops. Sharon's studios of choice are MidTown Yoga Memphis and the Yoga Center in Jackson, Tennessee.
