Sharon Penta is a certified Hatha yoga teacher and RYT- with Yoga Alliance  She completed her -hour Pranotthan Yoga Teacher Training incorporating the Kripalu principles and tradition into her lineage Sharon discovered her passion for yoga in as a way to regroup and relieve stress  She realized very quickly the positive effects of yoga on the physical subtle and soulful body and the power of meditation mindfulness and breathwork  Sharon believes yoga is a lifestyle where the mind body and soul converge to create strength discipline confidence and appreciation  Her classes provide a safe non-judgmental supported space that cultivate the ability to relax into the physical postures connect with the breath and focus on the present moment “Be Right Here; Right Now”  She encourages her students to explore and discover their own true essence through the power of movement breath and meditation and she loves to share components of yoga that have helped enrich her life both on and off the mat   As you get to know Sharon you will find her personality to be filled with compassion authentic warmth and a sense of humor.
