Im Shauna and originally from Rochester New York but have been calling Longmont my home since I first discovered yoga shortly after arriving in Colorado and began teaching in My journey has been one of continual discovery finding countless ways to integrate the wisdom of yoga into my daily life For me time on the mat is more than just physical exercise; it is a preparation for embracing both the challenges and joys of life From to I had the incredible opportunity to live as an expatriate in Japan and South Korea and to travel extensively through Thailand India and Laos During these years I was fortunate to share the beautiful practice of yoga in diverse and inspiring spaces around the world I am one of the owners and the Director of Programs for the Climbing Collective This community which has flourished since its inception is a source of great joy and pride for me Additionally I am one of three teachers at the Shri School of Yoga the educational extension of Shri Yoga Together we conduct -hour and -hour yoga teacher training programs regularly fostering the next generation of yoga teachers and practitioners.
