Shawn Paulazzo E-RYT has been teaching yoga since She teaches both studio classes and indivdualized private classes as well as being part of a Teacher Training adjunct faculty at Yogasource of Santa Fe Her practice took root with the trainings of Erich Schiffmann Tias and Surya Little Aadil Palkhivala and Maria Kali Ma Shawn currently studies the art of Vedic Chant pranayama and the Yoga Sutra with Sonia Nelson along with the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra with Richard Miller Shawns studio classes hold an intention of nourishing the many layers of the individual student in a group setting The individualized sessions are designed to meet the student where they are and custom design a practice in support of moving toward their desired and unique goals.
