She is locally and internationally known for teaching classes, leading teacher trainings, teaching festival and hosting retreats throughout the world. She has certified hundreds of people in various styles of yoga (Yin, Hatha, SUP, Vinyasa), Meditation. Sound Healing, Breathwork, and Aromatherapy. She has created 12 different teacher trainings and has published two books and 12 manuals. She owns one of the country's only donation-based yoga studio which gives yoga to over 1500 people a month focused on GIVING BACK and teaching from the heart to serve.
