I completed my hr certification through YogaSix in Milwaukee back in My love for helping others tap into their own potential has grown exponentially throughout this process I received my Bachelors degree in in Psychology for Children and adolescents with an emphasis on early childhood trauma Prior to teaching yoga I coached gymnastics for years; this is where my love and appreciation for the physical body evolved My passion is to bring the community together by providing a space for people to tap in and find a place of compassion and love for themselves and those who surround them physically spiritually and mentally My journey is just beginning to unfold lets grow together!.
