About
Hi.
My name is Shayne Staley. As a dancer, active human, and outdoors enthusiast, my passion to move, explore and connect to self and nature organically led me to a career in fitness, which I have been developing now for over 15yrs. I believe wellness involves a conscious investment in physical, mental, and spiritual aspects and should adapt to optimize the functional, practical, and inspirational goals of my clients. I love sharing information with and creating an experience for my clients so they can embody the benefits of exercise and really FEEL its benefits…And, watching them feel better, brings me loads of joy. Specifically, my yoga sessions are carefully crafted to lead students through a vinyasa flow that brings balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to their practice on and off the mat. With focus on the breath, alignment, energy, and safe transitions, I guide students toward physical and mental openness and an improved state of Self-awareness. My yoga sessions encourage the discovery and cultivation of muscular power as well as the tools within so students are equipped to find light and life in both themselves and the world around them.
