Sheila Hassan is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT- with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS I have completed additional training in Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM and MFR myofascial release Classes incorporate seasonally based poses and chakra/meridian work to compliment the energy of the season I am also certified in Yin yoga.
