Shelley Enlow is a passionate and devoted practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga She began exploring yoga in and has maintained a committed Ashtanga yoga practice in the lineage of Sri K Pattabhi Jois through her teacher David Garrigues She is a senior apprentice to David and travels with him throughout the United States and Europe to assist him with his teachings As a teacher her goal is to inspire and assist others in building the skills to develop a strong and meaningful personal yoga practice Shelley shares the rich tradition of Ashtanga yoga as the lead teacher and director of Ashtanga Yoga School of Spokane.
