Shelly Williams-Wilcox is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Shelly formed a love of yoga after attending a hot yoga class in Boise. Shortly after that first class she completed the teacher training and began teaching full time. After 4 years of 20 classes per week, teaching has expanded from the hot yoga flow class to Vinyasa; both hot and not, advanced and beginner, pregnancy and mama and me. She also teaches yoga sculpt and a hot 26 (modeled after Bikram's hot class). In 2014 she founded whatsSUP a paddle-board yoga class offered at the local pond. She continues to love teaching yoga and especially enjoys sharing her love with new students most. Opening a new world of self love to people everyday. Her private class offerings with classes specialized for the student are a particular favorite. Providing one on one instruction geared to the specific needs of the individual is such a moving way to share all of the benefits of yoga!
