I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance with my 200 hour certification, and I just completed another 120 hours in continuing education.
One hundred hours of that training was in Holy Yoga. I have taught multiple classes each week since I first registered, and I have also taught at workshops and various other events including non-denominational Holy Yoga which includes scripture, worship songs, prayer. and meditation.
