Sherie Pallotta

Her passion for sparking curiosity in her students translates in her Yoga teaching. She fosters a light-hearted, judgment-free environment where her students experience mindful intuitive movements through breath. Sherie has a functional and self-inquiry approach to help students practice in a way that is in tune with their bodies. Her classes allow you to slow down from the daily hustle and bustle to connect with your mind and body. Sherie completed her RYT 500 with Jason Crandell and 70 hours of yin yoga teacher training with Paul Grilley and Bernie Clark.
