She teaches privately, in small groups, and at workshops for musicians and dancers. She teaches classes with a focus on: flow; Yin Yoga; beginning yoga alignment and gentle stretching; gentle yoga for mature practitioners; classes with a focus on a particular chakra or bodiy system (digestive, respiratory, circulatory, skeletal); yogic stretching for dancers or musicians; chair yoga; pranayama and meditation.
