Sherri Hamm

Her objective is to foster a sense of renewal and balance among her students. Sherri’s yoga journey began over 25 years ago, driven by her desire to enhance flexibility and alleviate stress stemming from her career in the financial services industry. After two decades of professional experience, she decided to pursue yoga teacher certification, transforming her passion into a fulfilling career. Among her accomplishments, Sherri holds the greatest pride in her family and her role as a mother to her son. Her son serves as her guiding light and inspiration. While her daily yoga practice maintains equilibrium in her life, sharing yoga with the community brings her immense joy. Sherri holds the following credentials: Registered Advanced Yoga Teacher (300-hour) training under the guidance of Nicole Burrill of Chakra Power Yoga Registered Yoga Teacher (200-hour) training under the guidance of Nicole Burrill of Chakra Power Yoga Meditation Teacher Training with Sue Bonanno of Soulspace Meditation Reiki Level I and Reiki Level II Practitioner (Shoden) certification with Patricia A. Iyer Certified Kids’ Yoga Instructor (ages 3-18) certification with Kim Taylor/Cardio Kids Yoga First Aid/CPR/AED certification with the American Red Cross Theta Healing Practitioner certification with Engy Neville Sherri holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire and a Master’s Degree in Management from Emmanuel College in Boston.
