Hi there My name is Sherri Kennedy and Im a Registered hr Yoga Teacher I live in Courtenay BC I have been teaching yoga for yrs I decided to take my training after having a very consistent and strong personal practice for about yrs I teach in studio and have a wellness you tube channel called nourish n flourish wellness I love teaching classes with a balance of strength and softness I enjoy nature taking photos swimming walking/hiking riding my bike kayaking and of course family comes first Im also a Registered Health and Nutrition Counsellor with a passion to help others create a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their family.
