The goal of all Hatha Yoga is to be able to sit in Lotus and notice yourself I love this - its an accessible goal for all because yoga is for every body I have been teaching yoga since when after my first weekend of YTT my teacher asked if Id like to start I have enjoyed every minute! And much like practicing in teaching you notice yourself too But mostly I notice my students Seeing them change in demeanor the calm look of being in their center - I look for this Because yoga is not about the textbook perfect posture it works on much deeper levels Holding space for transformation for what shows up for integration - this is yoga It is always an honor to witness my students move through life on the mat and off I love leading groups and especially enjoy the deeper : container of private sessions.
