As founder of SBW Aligned Expressions and The Aligned Apothecary, Sherry weaves together yoga therapy, aromatherapy, color, and Vedic wisdom to create deeply restorative experiences that nurture body, mind, and spirit.A 2025 IAYT SEVA Award Finalist, Sherry has been recognized for her compassionate work supporting cancer survivors and caregivers through culturally rooted, trauma-sensitive yoga programs. She brings over 950 hours of therapeutic yoga training to her practice and holds advanced certifications in Yin, Restorative, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, as well as Aromapoint Therapy and Ayurvedic Marma applications. Sherry is also a Teacher Trainer for MelMarie Yoga Academy Virtual Yoga Teacher Programs.She is also a professional member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), and Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA)
