Her classes embody experiential education at the intersection of ecology, soul work, and Yoga as living tradition. Her passion lies in curating intergenerational classrooms where one learns to use Yoga as a powerful tool for healing. Shinay has been steeped in the Yogic tradition since the age of five and teaching yoga since 2012. She is dedicated to exploring Yoga in its complete expression.
