A lifelong yogini, she also is known for her trademark fashion designs and artwork. Sigrid offers (pre/post Covid) Creative Wellbeing yoga & art retreats at her home in Sarasota, Florida, as well as in beautiful destinations around the world--including Tulum, Provence, Tuscany, New England and California. She is passionate about the transformative power of yoga and meditation and off the mat. Her classes are specially crafted for all levels from brand new beginners, those who are returning to the mat and regular to advanced practitioners. The goal is to mindfully showcase the interplay of body, mind and spirit, while gently opening up energy pathways through movement and breath.
