About
Born in the 70s and raised in the 80s, I built my career and family before discovering Yoga in my thirties.
While studying marketing and raising three children, my body reached its limits. Yoga entered my life as a way to cope—not as a passion—but over time it became something much deeper. After moving to Hungary in 2010, a language barrier led me to travel regularly to Germany to deepen my practice and complete my first teacher trainings. What I discovered there changed my perspective: Yoga was not about perfection, but about awareness, health, and connection. That realization inspired me to begin teaching. In 2015, I moved to the United States and started teaching Yoga in German, later expanding to English and growing more confident with each class. Along the way, I continued to deepen my education with a strong focus on therapeutic and restorative Yoga. Since 2021, I have also assisted Restorative Yoga teacher trainings, both online and in person.Today, I teach one-on-one Yoga classes online. I specialize in Fascia Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Energy Medicine, and Meridian Yoga, using props to make poses accessible and supportive. My goal is to help students develop body awareness, self-acceptance, and respect for their own limitations. My life affirmation is simple:“A smile can change the world.”
