Buenas My name is Simi and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance In I completed my hour yoga teacher training through Directions School of Yoga at the Anamaya Resort in Montezuma Costa Rica Currently I am living my dream-life in sunny St Pete as a Science Teacher and Yoga Instructor It is my goal to share and spread the practice and power of yoga Through integrating and embedding the limbs of yoga into our lives we are able to nourish our souls and attain inner-peace My body is my temple It is the most sacred gift of all It is all we are guaranteed when we are born into this world and all that is left when we leave it With that being said it is my mission to support others in seeing themselves in this light.
