Sineigh Quinn is a trauma-informed yoga teacher RYT based in Milwaukee WI She completed her training at Healium Yoga Restore & The Heart Revival Center and currently teaches across studios gyms and private sessions Sineigh specializes in Hot Yoga Yin Restorative and Yoga Nidra with a focus on adaptive sequencing mindfulness and emotional literacy She has additional training in meditation prenatal/postpartum yoga pelvic floor and hip mobility energetic boundaries and Reiki Level Her teaching is centered on creating safe accessible and welcoming spaces for students of all backgrounds Sineigh is pursuing full-time teaching with the goal of achieving E-RYT with hours of teaching experience by - and ultimately offering continuing education for future yoga teachers.
