Sirena Dudgeon

Sirena connects deeply with her students, encouraging that they embrace their own practice for where they are in their own life journeys on and off the mat. She encourages her students to study the “Self” (svadhyaya). Sharing her passion for Astrology, she builds this into her classes as themes and flows, following the moon phases, current Sun Sign, and seasonal shifts such as Equinoxes and Solstices. Students leave her class feeling supported, inspired, and understood. Sirena holds accessible workshops on Astro-Yoga, Spirituality, and Full Moon/New Moon Circles to celebrate the phases of the moon. Aspiring to be a yoga teacher trainer, she is currently working on a manual “Astrology for Yoga Teachers” to help yoga teachers tune into the natural cycles and energies of the world, which have been lost in the modern day. A co-founder of Yoga in the Church, she conducts spiritual workshops exploring themes in Yogic Philosophy and Christian Theology with an offering of a book being published Spring 2022. As the Bhagavad Gita states “Yoga is a journey of the Self, Through the Self, To the Self”. Every person’s yoga journey is different, peeling away the layers and discovering their true nature, Sirena encourages this self-discovery through compassion, kindness, understanding, and love.
