I began practicing yoga in my early 20s, but it wasn’t until 2015 that I truly committed to my practice.
Over the years, my mat has become a refuge—a place where peace, clarity, and steadiness return, especially in the most hectic and chaotic seasons of life. Through movement and breath, yoga has taught me how to refocus, reconnect, and realign both mentally and physically.My intention as a teacher is to share that same sense of calm, strength, and inner spaciousness with others. I hope to create a space where students can land fully in their bodies, soften their minds, and discover whatever it is they are seeking—whether grounding, clarity, or a moment of stillness.I completed my 200-hour YTT in December 2024 and am currently working toward my 500-hour certification. You can find me teaching at Get Hot Yoga in Wauwatosa, where I feel honored to guide others through their own moving meditations.
