Sonia Gray (Water and Earth Yoga) is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a Yoga Teacher Training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I offer body positive, accessible, joyful movement Aqua, Studio, and Outdoor Yoga classes, taught through a trauma-informed lens. I enjoy working with folks in larger bodies, Veterans, Military Members, and their loved ones, folks who have experienced trauma, including survivors of Military Sexual Trauma, and/or live with Post-Traumatic Stress/Disorder/Injury. I am a Certified Aqua Yoga Instructor, a Registered Yoga Teacher (CYA-E-RYT400 & RYT 200), a Certified Accessible Yoga Teacher, an iRest® Yoga Nidra Level 1 Yoga Teacher, and a Warriors at Ease Level 1, Veterans Yoga Project, and Yogafit for Warriors® Yoga Teacher. I am also very proud to be a Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher through Transforming Sexual Trauma Through Yoga. Additionally, for the last three years I have been teaching Yoga with Adoptable Puppies at Pet-A-Palooza. As this is a family event, I chose to further my education with a 30 Hour Children's Yoga Teacher Training. It is my hope you will join me. Come explore a different way to yoga.
