My name is Sophia Maus and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS I completed my RYT over the summer of at Y Yoga in Charlotte North Carolina I am currently a Kinesiology Major at Penn State University as well as a Group Fitness Instructor at the Penn State IM Building I teach both Yoga and Power Yoga classes at the school to both students and faculty.
