I strive to bring good vibes and health to everyone I teach.
Yoga has truly changed my life for the better and I wish to help those on their journey. I have been teaching yoga since I got my license in October of 2022. I teach both private and public classes. The public classes are on different beaches in Ocean Beach or at Paradise Point. The best way of tracking classes is to look at my Instagram story, the location, time, and date will be posted there.
