Sophie Dutton is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She received her 200RYT from the Kunga Yoga School at Wilmington Yoga Center in Wilmington, North Carolina during 2022. Her primary teachers include Faith Fillsell, Heather Metzler and Noelle Whittington. Sophie started practicing consistently in 2020 which began to benefit her mental, physical and spiritual well-being. After experiencing these healing qualities she felt inspired to share the practice of yoga through teaching. Sophie has a strong vinyāsa practice and enjoys creative and dynamic sequencing with her flows that help improve balance, strength and intentional movement. Her classes are open to all levels of ability.
