I began practicing yoga over 15 years ago while attending classes with my mom in England.
When I moved to Colorado I began practicing more and more frequently, taking classes throughout college and beyond! When the time was right, I discovered an incredible studio in the mountains and I began my 200 hour teacher training in 2019. The experience changed my life. Teaching is my calling and has been my career for many years. Yoga teaching is an extension of this and it is my dream to pass on the many benefits and teachings of yoga to others. My practice is a deep Hatha practice and I enjoy bringing the spirituality, traditions and values of yoga into my teachings. Currently I live in Mancos in Southwest Colorado. I am excited to bring a relaxing, rejuvenating and deep practice to the four corners region.
