Hello, and welcome to my yoga journey! I am a Boise-based yoga teacher, wellness coach, and advocate for movement as medicine.
My passion lies in guiding individuals to deepen their connection with themselves through mindful practices, intentional movement, and the transformative power of yoga. I hold a Master of Arts in Health & Wellness Coaching and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate from Maryland University of Integrative Health, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Complementary and Alternative Health. My yoga training began in Rishikesh, India, where I earned my 200-hour certification, and I am recognized as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching diverse yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, both locally and internationally. I’ve led classes and workshops integrating yoga and mindfulness in Germany, Japan, and the U.S., serving diverse populations, including U.S. Army veterans. My teaching style emphasizes compassion, humor, and creating a safe space for personal growth, while intertwining yoga philosophy with practical, real-world insights. Professionally, I combine yoga with my expertise as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, specializing in helping individuals navigate life transitions, manage chronic pain, and cultivate resilience through movement and mindfulness. My approach bridges yoga, biomechanics, and coaching techniques to empower clients physically, mentally, and emotionally. Currently, I am focused on expanding my offerings in Boise and beyond through private coaching, group classes, and workshops. I am also building my signature course, ReUnion with Purpose, a transformative program designed to help men reconnect with their inner selves and navigate life with clarity and intention. Additionally, I co-host The Spencer & Adele Podcast, where we explore midlife growth, relationships, and personal development. Outside of teaching, I am passionate about storytelling, mindfulness, and exploring the connection between yoga, movement, and emotional well-being. Whether on the mat or in life, I aim to inspire others to slow down, reconnect with their true selves, and live with greater balance, purpose, and joy.
