Stacey Adamczyk

She was drawn to the practices & teachings of Yoga at a young age, and has since dedicated her life to deepening her connection to the Divine Truth, and preserving and sharing the sacred teachings of Yoga with others. With a passion for learning, Stacey has been certified through several Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world, and has followed her heart to many wisdom and renowned teachers, sacred sites in India, Asia, Central America, and has participated in numerous silent meditation retreats and continued education courses. Stacey has been called to devote her life in assisting others on their journey to awaken their Soul, and unite with their Heart ~ to LOVE. 10+ years of humbly teaching a vast variety of students, workshops, retreats, Yoga Teacher Trainings, 1:1 mentorship programming, as well as creating several Yoga programs, she has witnessed deep transformations in her students ~ as well as in her Self. Sharing Yoga is an opportunity for Stacey to serve and support people ~ guiding her students to build awareness and deepen the connection between their mind, body, and soul ~ to experience the Bliss, Love, & Light that emanates from their own Being, and to discover that same connection with all Beings. She aims to inspire students to come into contact with their Wholeness, while working through any suppressed emotions, trauma, stuck or stagnant energy, or physical pain in a safe & supportive space. It truly is her Dharma to assist others on their path and back home to their Heart.
