A Florida based psychotherapist, trauma specialist and Nationally Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, Stacey is also a Certified Chair Yoga Teacher, Certified Meditation Teacher, an Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, a Certified Three Wisdom Traditions Wellness Coach and a Reiki Master Practitioner. She has extensive training in wellness, mindfulness, yoga philosophy, women's issues, trauma, somatic healing, astrology, self discovery and spirituality and is an experienced presenter and group leader.
