Stacey Neighbor is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT, which means that they completed their yoga teacher training at an active RYS.Stacey recieved her 200 credit hour yoga teacher training in the viniyoga tradition.
She has been teaching hatha yoga classes at her own studio since 2003. She has practiced yoga regularly since 1999 and has personally experienced the many benefits of a regular yoga practice. She is committed to a lifelong practice and wishes to share her enthusiasm for yoga with others by teaching a traditional class in a a relaxed, supportive, and non-competitive environment, in a sensible manner which accomodates the individual ability of each student.
