She has been teaching hatha yoga classes at her own studio since 2003. She has practiced yoga regularly since 1999 and has personally experienced the many benefits of a regular yoga practice. She is committed to a lifelong practice and wishes to share her enthusiasm for yoga with others by teaching a traditional class in a a relaxed, supportive, and non-competitive environment, in a sensible manner which accomodates the individual ability of each student.
