Stacey Spalding is an E-RYT500 yoga instructor, Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, ACE-Certified Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field.
Her journey began in fitness with a love for teaching group exercise classes, and evolved to include nutrition. When she realized the impact the switch to nutritious eating had on her personal health, she wanted to share her knowledge with clients and became a Certified Health Coach. After Stacey began practicing yoga regularly, it became apparent that yoga was the piece of a healthy lifestyle puzzle that brought everything together – mind, body, and spirit. Through her own experience with injuries and chronic pain, she discovered myofascial release (MFR) as a powerful healing modality and began incorporating it into her daily life. This practice led her to further her studies on self-MFR to share with clients. Using the therapeutic application of yoga, Stacey addresses clients’ needs from a whole-person perspective, integrating a variety of tools such as yoga asana, self-MFR, breathwork, and meditation. Stacey strongly believes that Health is your Most Important Wealth! She empowers clients and class participants to feel their best and achieve their health and wellness goals by educating, motivating, and supporting them. Stacey’s mission is to help clients create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and rewarding.
