Stacey currently teaches Hot Vinyasa yoga classes at Crunch Fitness in Sarasota Florida and can be found on Facebook @yogabluesrq Stacey has found her heart and inspiration on the yoga mat. She has a BA in Psychology and an MS from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and left a career in Public Television WPBT to raise her children and pursue her creativity as an artist and a writer At the turn of the millennium Stacey found herself with a serious illness that zapped her of all balance and motor coordination and after three months in the hospital came to yoga for recovery and grounding She has been devoted ever since. In addition to yoga Stacey is an artist and public school teacher who has dedicated her life to inspiring students to maximize their full physical creative and spiritual potential. Stacey also runs an after school yoga enrichment and journaling program called “Stretchy Kids Yoga.”
