I offer a small studio setting in a small rural town north of London The Coach House is a renovated barn turned into a fully furnished two bedroom rental space with an attached yoga studio It offers a rustic charm of peace and tranquility I am a social worker turned yogi lover I love keeping up to date and learning new things I currently offer Kundalini Yoga with elements of Hatha I am very passionate about Meditation Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga I incorporate them in my weekly classes as much as possible I believe everyone has more time in there day for REST I hold certifications in Kundalini Mudras Meditations Sound Mediations Indian Head Massage Restorative Yoga Reiki Gong Training and Trauma Sensitive Yoga I also have a yoga school and teach a hour Yoga Teacher Training for those wishing to be certified under Yoga Alliance as a hour Yoga Teacher Continuing Education Credits are also offered for those needing credits for YA.
